Cancellation Policy
**Booking, Cancellation, & Terms of Use Policy** Thank you for choosing United Home Cleaning, LLC. Before booking our services, please review the following policies below: **Booking Policy:** 1. Minimum Purchase Price: Each visit requires a minimum purchase price of $99.00, inclusive of additional services. 2. Additional Services: Pet Cleaning (excluding feces), Inside Windows, Fridge Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Laundry, and Organization & Pick-up are considered additional services and must be combined with the minimum purchase amount of $99.00. 3. Recurring Service Plans: A "First Time Deep Cleaning Service Plan" must be utilized within two weeks before purchasing a recurring service plan to avoid additional fees. 4. Non-Access Fee: Failure to allow access at the scheduled time incurs a fee. Clients can avoid this charge by rescheduling within one hour of the scheduled service, up to one week from the original date. **Cancellation Policy:** 1. Cancellation Procedure: 1.1) Log into your online account to cancel or reschedule services within the specified timeframe. 2. Cancellation Fees: 2.1) Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation fees. **Rescheduling Policy:** 1. Rescheduling Timeframe: Services can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. 2.
