Service Description
Oven cleaning is an add-on service and is billed separately. Please note that your full scheduled cleaning time is billed at an hourly rate, which includes all standard cleaning tasks except pick-ups, laundry, stove & oven, fridge, and pet clean-up. These services require additional time and may necessitate a revision of your regular scheduled cleaning to accommodate the added tasks. Be advised that any additional services not included in your original invoice may cause an abrupt halt to your cleaning session, as our Cleaning Technicians are scheduled to complete multiple services throughout the day and must attend other service calls on time. To ensure that all your needs are met efficiently, please review each service carefully when booking so we can fulfill all of your servicing requirements.
Cancellation Policy
**Booking, Cancellation, & Terms of Use Policy** Thank you for choosing United Home Cleaning, LLC. Before booking our services, please review the following policies below: **Booking Policy:** 1. Minimum Purchase Price: Each visit requires a minimum purchase price of $99.00, inclusive of additional services. 2. Additional Services: Pet Cleaning (excluding feces), Inside Windows, Fridge Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Laundry, and Organization & Pick-up are considered additional services and must be combined with the minimum purchase amount of $99.00. 3. Recurring Service Plans: A "First Time Deep Cleaning Service Plan" must be utilized within two weeks before purchasing a recurring service plan to avoid additional fees. 4. Non-Access Fee: Failure to allow access at the scheduled time incurs a fee. Clients can avoid this charge by rescheduling within one hour of the scheduled service, up to one week from the original date. **Cancellation Policy:** 1. Cancellation Procedure: 1.1) Log into your online account to cancel or reschedule services within the specified timeframe. 2. Cancellation Fees: 2.1) Failure to cancel within the specified timeframe may result in cancellation fees. **Rescheduling Policy:** 1. Rescheduling Timeframe: Services can be rescheduled up to 4 hours before the scheduled time. 2.
